Raigan Burns is one of N's two creators (the other being Mare Sheppard) and part of Metanet Software. According to Burns' personal site, his interests are "realtime physics (and game-dev in general), but I might also throw in some music or whatever...who knows." Burns also puts up interesting "demos and other bits" on his website.
